Saqura is the name that the Arab culture gave to the region of Sierra de Segura during its Golden Age. It comes from a 75 to 100 years old traditional olive groove located in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park.

Coming from Green olives which provides its spectacular coloring, Saqura has an intense fruity flavour, a fresh aroma of freshly cut grass, tomato plant and almond, with hints of Green apple. Its flavour is very intense and balanced.
Recommendations for use
Used raw, due to its intense aroma, it is specially recommended to aromatize salads and sauces. It is ideal for giving flavour and freshness to vegetables, fishes and meats once cooked.
Store in a cool dark place
