Virgin Olive Oil – irreplaceable for making fried food. This oil is a yellowy-green colour, with a fruity ripe olive aroma and smooth flavour.

This oil can withstand high temperatures without breaking down. It is suitable for a great number of fried food adding aroma and flavour. The high percentage of oily acids gives it a more healthy balance of fatty acid content in cooked foods.

Our Virgin Olive Oil follows the same quality process with regard to its collection and preparation as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The difference lies in that, despite it still being fruity, a panel of qualified tasters allows a tiny organoleptic defect – under 3.5 points – which is usually virtually indiscernible to the consumer.
