The Extra Virgin Olive Oil that has a Personality of its Own. It is green in colour with golden shades. It has a clean, fresh flavour, tastes of green leaves with hints of apple, tomato and fig. The flavour is well-balanced and lightly bitter and spicy.
Under the Sierra de Segura Designation of Origin, this is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is made with the freshest and most select olives taken from the groves of the picual de montaña variety of olive found within the Nature Reserve of the Sierras de Segura, Cazorla y las Villas.
Of unfailing quality, it contains high levels of natural antioxidants, vitamin E polyphenols which make it very stable and contains unrivalled healthy properties. Its fresh aroma and fruity flavour make it especially suitable to use cold, such as on salads, toast, in sauces and to flavouring meat and fish.
